Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Account Manager Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for a portfolio of B2B clients, creating briefs, project plans, and status reports; collaborate with Account Directors and Client Services to deliver results and identify optimisation opportunities. Expactations: Demonstrate exceptional organisational and task‑management abilities, maintain project timelines, proactively flag concerns, and ensure smooth campaign execution under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Draft clear design and copy briefs aligned with client requirements. - Manage client communications: status updates, project plans, and feedback loops. - Compile, update, and circulate client status reports, coordinating input from the service team. - Identify and recommend improvements to enhance campaign success. - Capture meeting notes, actions, and next steps. - Build and manage campaign tasks in Asana. Required Skills: - 3+ years as an Account Manager/Coordinator in a B2B marketing agency, with experience in field marketing, demand generation, and ABM. - Excellent oral and written communication, strong attention to detail. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding client expectations and delivering measurable results. - Team player who thrives under pressure and maintains a professional, client‑centric demeanor. - Proficiency with Asana; familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Google Sheets, and Excel is preferred. - Ability to analyse and communicate marketing data and campaign performance. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred). - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, project management, or CRM platforms (advantageous).
