Kyn has a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager in the UK to join an exciting and fast growing Marketing Agency. You will be working with talented individuals who are respected in the retail tech landscape, helping to build, manage and grow the accounts. 

The successful candidate will work alongside Account Directors and the Client Services team, with a focus on marketing campaign management. You will serve as the primary owner of campaigns and be responsible for creating briefs, building project plans, collecting client feedback, and reporting on results. We are looking for an Account Manager with exceptional organisational skills, who is task oriented, and has the ability to ensure projects are kept on track and raise any concerns - essentially ensuring the smooth running of campaigns and projects. 

 

 

Key responsibilities

Writing design and copy briefs that are clear and easy to understand and reflect the requirements of the client
Managing communications with your portfolio of clients, including status updates, project plans, and feedback 
Creating, updating and sharing client status reports - ensuring input is requested and provided by the client services team. 
Proactively recommending opportunities for improvement and ensuring the success of every campaign 
Creating and sharing meeting notes and follow-ups, outlining key next steps and actions
Building campaign tasks within Asana (Project management tool)

 

Requirements (Essential)

3+ years' experience as an Account Manager/ Account Coordinator (or similar position) at a B2B marketing agency, with experience in field marketing, demand generation and ABM
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrable experience in meeting/exceeding customer requirements (results driven)
A keen eye for detail
Experience working as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
The confidence to give clients trust in your work

 

Requirements (Preferable)

Experience in the Retail Tech space
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Nav, Google Ads, Google sheets, Excel
Experience with tools such as; HubSpot, Apollo etc
Ability to understand and communicate marketing data, such as campaign results
