Job Description
**Job Title:** Account Manager – Client Relations **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its commercial landscaping clients, driving sales, ensuring project quality, and cultivating enduring relationships. **Expectations:** - Achieve or surpass sales targets for lawn and snow services. - Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution. - Deliver professional proposals and contract documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Communicate with clients and internal production staff to guarantee quality service delivery. - Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Prepare detailed proposals, communications, and project documentation. - Review project specifications and contracts for accuracy and feasibility. - Identify potential issues early and recommend solutions to minimize complaints. - Conduct site visits, visual inspections, and client tours. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in landscaping or related service industry. - Strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with landscape operations; prior management experience required. - Driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites. - Passion for service excellence. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred; relevant experience considered). - Horticultural knowledge strongly preferred.
