Job Description
Job title: Account Manager Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end customer lifetime for a SaaS AI sales platform, driving revenue expansion, renewals, and product adoption through strategic relationship management and data‑driven insights. Expectations: • Deliver net revenue retention >120% and renewal rate >90% • Convert >80% of PoC engagements into standing contracts within 7 days • Identify and secure 5–10 expansion opportunities per quarter • Maintain 100% QBR and PoC Outcome Review completion rates Key Responsibilities: • Run Quarterly Business Reviews with all key accounts • Oversee onboarding, enabling, and ongoing support of new users • Manage ticket resolution and ensure timely customer issue closure • Identify and close upsell opportunities (additional seats, features, usage‑based upgrades) • Own renewals, forecast expansion revenue, and execute renewal strategy • Lead PoC continuity: onboarding, activation, usage tracking, outcome review, and commercial conversion conversations • Provide usage insights and customer feedback to product steering committees • Build and update road‑map alignment documents and share ROI opportunities with stakeholders Required Skills: • Proven SaaS account management experience with record of upsells and churn prevention • Strong analytical mindset: ability to read usage data, forecast revenue, and measure KPIs • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (QBRs, PoC outcomes) • Negotiation and closing ability, comfortable handling contract terms and pricing • Customer‑centric mindset with ability to build trust with GTM leaders and executives • Collaborative approach: effectively partner with Product, CS, Enablement, and executive leadership Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), analytics dashboards, and SaaS metrics is essential.
