Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager Role Summary: Drive enterprise sales growth for AI‑powered GRC SaaS solutions in the financial services and regulated sectors. Build and maintain C‑suite relationships, lead complex deal cycles, and collaborate with partner channels to scale market penetration. Expectations: - Consistently meet or exceed quota for multi‑year SaaS contracts. - Demonstrate a hunter mentality with strategic outreach to senior executives. - Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting in CRM. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and close new business across enterprise accounts in financial services and other regulated industries. - Partner with the growing network of channel partners to accelerate sales and expand market coverage. - Develop and nurture C‑suite relationships to position the solution as a trusted advisor. - Maintain disciplined pipeline management, ensuring rigorous standards of reporting and forecasting accuracy.
