Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer Intern Role Summary: Full‑stack development of AI‑driven investing platform features, designing user experience, and deploying production code in a high‑velocity fintech environment. Expactations: Must be a current or former University of Strathclyde student. Internship duration is 6 weeks, full‑time (35 hrs/wk). Candidates should possess strong coding skills in Vue, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Firebase, be proficient with Git, and be ready to take ownership of both front‑end and back‑end development, deployment, and rapid iteration based on user feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Build end‑to‑end feature modules for the platform. - Collaborate with founders to convert product requirements into code. - Design and refine intuitive user interfaces and overall experience. - Iterate quickly and release updates grounded in real user data. - Deploy and maintain services on cloud infrastructure. Required Skills: - Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (frontend). - Firebase (backend, auth, real‑time data). - Git for version control. - Desirable: Google Cloud Platform, Go, Docker, Vite.
