Job Description
**Job Title** Operations Executive **Role Summary** Operate at the core of a fintech ecosystem, ensuring accuracy and reliability of offers, partner data, and transaction records. Responsibilities span quality control, onboarding, data reconciliation, process documentation, and support, with direct collaboration with founders, engineering, and partnerships teams. **Expectations** - Short‑term contract (3 months) with potential for full‑time conversion. - Deliver measurable improvements to data hygiene, onboarding speed, and issue resolution. - Maintain meticulous documentation and scalable workflows for future growth. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Offer & Partner Quality Control** - Conduct regular QC checks on offer feeds, brands, and publishers. - Verify CPA, terms, exclusions, media assets, and URLs. - Detect and escal each mismatches between partner systems and internal API/dashboards. 2. **Brand & Publisher Onboarding** - Gather logos, images, terms, URLs, CPA data, and tracking links. - Prepare onboarding packs and ensure asset quality. - Collaborate with affiliate networks, merchants, and partners. - Design repeatable onboarding processes at scale. 3. **Transaction Data Reconciliation** - QC bi‑weekly CSV data files for patterns, duplicates, missing fields, and CPA consistency. - Validate billing files before transmission. - Apply knowledge of merchant descriptors to spot inconsistencies. - Train AI algorithm for merchant descriptor matching. 4. **Process Building & Documentation** - Create scalable workflows for offer management, reconciliation, and onboarding. - Develop internal checklists and comprehensive process documentation. 5. **Customer Support & Issue Resolution** - Respond to inbound queries from brands and publishers. - Log bugs, anomalies, and data issues for engineering. - Troubleshoot with affiliate networks and Open Banking partners. **Required Skills** - Proven fintech experience in payments, card‑linked offers, Open Banking, or affiliate programs. - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, pivots, QC). - Comfortable reading JSON, interacting with APIs, and testing endpoints. - Ability to handle large datasets and transaction files. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset. **Nice‑to‑Haves** - Familiarity with affiliate networks (Awin, CJ, Impact). - Understanding of merchant descriptors, transaction IDs, and reconciliation. - Experience in loyalty, cashback, or rewards programs. - Proficiency in Postman, Looker, Zoho Analytics, or similar BI tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, data analytics, computer science, or a related field. - Certifications in data analysis, project management, or fintech are a plus.
