Job Description
Job Title: DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Operate and enhance a large‑scale AWS and Kubernetes environment for an enterprise‑level application. Drive automation, reliability, and continuous delivery to support frequent releases and maintain production stability. Expectations: * Deliver secure, scalable cloud and container infrastructure on a 12‑month contract. * Enable efficient CI/CD pipelines and release processes, ensuring rapid, reliable deployment cycles. * Collaborate across development, testing, and operations teams to resolve issues and maintain high availability. Key Responsibilities: * Manage AWS cloud resources, including compute, networking, storage, and monitoring. * Administer Kubernetes clusters (creation, scaling, upgrades, monitoring). * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent tools. * Oversee production releases, rollback procedures, and post‑deployment monitoring. * Troubleshoot deployment failures and performance incidents. * Document infrastructure architecture, procedures, and best practices. Required Skills: * Hands‑on experience in DevOps roles within large enterprise or financial services environments. * Proficiency in AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC). * In‑depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and cluster management. * Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation. * Expertise with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable platforms. * Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) and configuration management (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). * Ability to apply deployment and release management best practices. * Excellent communication, self‑motivation, and task prioritisation. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). * AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or equivalent credentials preferred. * Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD) a plus.

Job Title: Zuora Developer Role Summary: Senior, hands‑on developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, auditable Zuora workflows to support a growing quote‑to‑cash subscription and billing environment. Leads integration initiatives with core enterprise systems, modernises finance processes, and upholds best practices in data governance and billing architecture. Expectations: * Deliver robust Zuora implementations and integrations that meet business and technical requirements. * Modernise outbound processes from batch to event‑driven models, ensuring timely synchronization with downstream systems. * Champion high‑quality, observable, and maintainable billing solutions across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement scalable, resilient Zuora workflows, billing rules, and custom automations. 2. Translate functional requirements from Finance, Accounting, RevOps, and Engineering into effective technical solutions. 3. Deliver, test, and deploy integrations between Zuora and Workday (and other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or internal data platforms). 4. Redesign the RevPro journal outbound process, shifting from monthly batch to daily or event‑driven exchanges. 5. Promote and enforce best practices in subscription management, invoicing, usage‑based billing, data governance, and financial system architecture. 6. Maintain a stable, observable, and maintainable billing ecosystem, providing continuous improvement and support. Required Skills: * 5+ years’ hands‑on experience with Zuora (Z Billing, Workflows, Product Catalogue, REST API, Data Query). * Expertise in designing custom workflows, automations, and integration patterns within Zuora. * Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle, invoicing, usage‑based billing, and payment flows. * Proven experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or internal data platforms. * Familiarity with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise environment management. * Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). * Zuora Certified Administrator or General Admin certification preferred.
