Job Title: Zuora Developer

Location: Fully Remote

Role Type: 4-month contract (Outside IR35)

Day Rate: £550 p/d

Overview:

Our client is a global technology leader expanding its Commerce and Monetisation function and seeking a Senior Zuora Developer or Engineer. You will play a key role in supporting the subscription, billing and revenue ecosystem, designing high quality Zuora workflows, delivering robust integrations and contributing to the modernisation of core financial processes. This is a senior hands-on role shaping a complex quote to cash environment as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, auditable and resilient workflows across Zuora.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, RevOps and Engineering to translate business requirements into strong technical solutions.
Deliver new integrations between Zuora and Workday to support near real time syncing of invoices, payments, credit memos and customer account data.
Modernise and improve the RevPro journal outbound process by moving from a monthly batch model to daily or event driven integrations.
Promote best practice across billing, subscription management, data governance and financial system architecture.
Support the continued development of a stable, observable and maintainable billing ecosystem.

Essential Skills and Experience:

5 years or more of hands-on experience with Zuora, including Z Billing, Workflows, Product Catalogue, REST API and Data Query.
Strong background designing custom workflows, automations and integration patterns within Zuora.
Solid understanding of subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, usage based billing and payment flows.
Experience integrating Zuora with wider systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday or internal data platforms.
Familiarity with source control, CI or CD pipelines and enterprise environment management.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
