Serves as an advisor, educator, and evaluator, ensuring products meet scientific standards while driving commercial adoption. **Expectations:** - Minimum 8 years in medical device, sports medicine, physical therapy, athletic performance, or related sales roles. - Strong executive presence and polished communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical research and present findings to senior stakeholders. - Proven consultative selling experience with institutional buyers. - Mission‑driven focus on advancing athlete wellness and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate recovery technologies for safety, efficacy, and scientific validity. - Translate technical data into accessible explanations for coaches, trainers, and athletic administrators. - Lead educational demonstrations, sharing recovery science, protocol benefits, and ROI insights. - Assess potential brand partners, providing clinical perspective on product viability and market readiness. - Gather and relay market intelligence from athletic departments and performance teams to inform product strategy. - Manage a pipeline of institutional accounts, conducting needs assessments and crafting proposals that integrate scientific rationale with commercial value. - Support negotiation and closing, prioritizing long‑term fit and efficacy over short‑term transactions. **Required Skills:** - Clinical literacy in recovery science, human performance, and evidence‑based wellness. - Ability to analyze and communicate clinical research, product data, and scientific claims. - Consultative sales acumen with high‑level stakeholders. - Strong organization, attention to detail, and executive‑level presentation competence. - Educator mindset: simplify complex concepts while maintaining scientific integrity. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in sports medicine, physical therapy, exercise science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications such as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), or similar are preferred.
