Job Description
**Job Title** Registered Apprenticeship Program Intern **Role Summary** Assist the Registered Apprenticeship Manager within the Employee Services Department to manage apprenticeship enrollment, documentation, and reporting. The internship focuses on processing application packets, maintaining RAPIDS and Salesforce data, verifying hours, and coordinating communications with apprentices, mentors, and stakeholders. **Expectations** - Entry‑level candidate (0–1 year of experience). - High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with database and spreadsheet tools. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks during the workday. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to navigate service desk tickets and email outreach. **Key Responsibilities** - Process daily apprenticeship application paperwork and update RAPIDS. - Manage data related to terminations, extensions, cancellations, and on‑job hour verification. - Resolve service desk tickets and perform daily hour checks for technical instruction completers. - Conduct email outreach to apprentices (e.g., gather Wagner‑Peyser Forms for Indiana ABA apprentices). - Compile weekly and monthly reports: outstanding forms, state roster reconciliations using Salesforce & RAPIDS. - Communicate updates, collect feedback, and coordinate with apprentices, mentors, and internal stakeholders. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred. - Basic knowledge of RAPIDS or analogous database systems. - Data entry accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. - Effective interpersonal communication and customer service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent (or completion of a GED). ---
