Job Description
**Job Title:** Water Specialist / Sales Representative **Role Summary:** In‑home sales professional responsible for testing water solutions, presenting product benefits, and managing end‑to‑end customer relationships. Works independently across a 100 km radius, leveraging kiosks to generate appointments and converting leads into installations. **Expectations:** - Successful candidate will work 5 days per week, including at least one weekend day. - Must hold a Class G driver’s license, own a vehicle, and be willing to travel within a 100 km radius. - 3–5 years of proven sales experience required; water‑industry knowledge is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct in‑home water testing and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs. - Deliver persuasive sales presentations and educate consumers on water quality issues. - Identify optimal installation locations, prepare accurate cost estimates, and coordinate product orders. - Manage customer data within CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely communication. - Follow up on leads, maintain regular communication with program managers, and document all sales activities. - Drive volume sales through existing client relationships and generate new opportunities via referrals and self‑generated leads. - Maintain professional conduct that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and customer‑relations skills. - Excellent presentation and persuasive communication abilities. - Positive, sincere attitude and effective team‑building potential. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and proficient in Word, Excel, and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple appointments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). - Class G driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. - No specific water‑industry certification required; industry knowledge an asset.
