Job Description
Job title: Order Processing & Customer Service Administrator Role Summary: Support peak‑season operations by accurately entering and processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse and hauliers, handling routine customer enquiries, and providing general administrative assistance. Expectations: * Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week. * 3‑month fixed‑term contract, commencing ASAP. * Resident of the UK with right to work. * Availability for onsite work, with some hybrid arrangements possible. Key Responsibilities: * Process and verify customer orders for accuracy. * Liaise with warehouse staff and transport providers to arrange deliveries. * Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner. * Maintain and update order databases and spreadsheets. * Organise mail‑outs, parcel preparation, and courier bookings. * Provide administrative support for events and ad‑hoc projects. Required Skills: * Proven experience in customer service and order processing. * Strong attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets. * Reliable, organized, and methodical with a process‑driven approach. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly telephone manner. * Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. * IT literacy – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, data entry (experience with Unleashed preferred). Required Education & Certifications: * Secondary education or higher; relevant qualifications in administration, logistics, or customer service are an advantage.
