Job Description

Job Title: Senior UI Engineer – AI Agents Role Summary: Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of cross‑platform component libraries and AI‑powered UI workflows, driving architecture decisions for high‑scale, cost‑efficient solutions. Expactations: Deliver robust, scalable code, conduct in‑depth technical analyses, and provide strategic recommendations for framework adoption and AI integration. Key Responsibilities: - Research and prototype alternative component library frameworks (Web Components, React, Vue, Angular, Stencil). - Build and extend a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server based on component libraries. - Design multi‑step AI agents that interface with UI components and frameworks. - Ensure agents are reliable, scalable, and cost‑optimized for high‑volume production. - Produce detailed technical reports comparing frameworks, documenting trade‑offs, and proposing actionable next steps. - Work independently to produce well‑tested, production‑ready code. Required Skills: - 1+ year experience with Web Components and component libraries. - 2–5 years in responsive web design, TypeScript, HTML/CSS/JavaScript. - Proven ability to create and manage MCP servers and AI agents. - Strong analytical and recommendation skills for technology decisions. - Self‑motivated, with a track record of delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions. Nice to Have: Experience with React, Vue, Angular, Sass/Scss, accessibility, and Stencil.
