To move forward effectively, we are specifically looking for candidates with 8+ years of strong, hands-on experience in:

JIRA Administration
JIRA development and advanced customization
Jira Automation Rules
Groovy scripting (especially using ScriptRunner for JIRA Cloud)
JIRA REST API integrations
Post-migration activities and large-scale JIRA migrations
Developing custom solutions beyond out-of-the-box JIRA features
