**Job Title:** Growth Software Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Develop and ship product‑driven experiments to increase patient bookings for a digital healthcare platform. Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of growth initiatives—from hypothesis sizing through deployment, measurement, and optimization—leveraging multi‑channel engagement and data analytics to drive activation, conversion, and retention.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable growth impact in a high‑velocity environment.
- Own experiments from concept through analysis, balancing speed with rigorous measurement.
- Communicate results and insights clearly with cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and ship experiments that influence booking, activation, and conversion metrics.
- Engineer backend systems supporting experimentation, messaging funnels, and activation flows (e.g., TypeScript/Python APIs, GraphQL, AWS Lambda).
- Optimize multi‑channel outreach (SMS, phone, email, mail) to engage patients who rarely schedule care.
- Analyze funnel data (BigQuery, Looker, Kibana) to identify drop‑offs, size opportunities, and inform prioritization.
- Run rapid brainstorming and sizing sessions to set growth priorities.
- Explore unconventional tactics (e.g., door‑knocking pilots) and model outreach volume against clinical supply.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and ops to translate insights into shipped features.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, with 1–2 years focused on growth or experimentation.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python; experience with Node.js, GraphQL, and React/React Native ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AWS Amplify stack (AppSync, DynamoDB, Lambda, CloudFormation) and data tools (BigQuery, Looker, Kibana).
- Strong analytical skills using SQL, data visualization, and funnel analytics.
- Experience designing and measuring experiments (A/B, multi‑armed bandit, statistical significance).
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑growth environments and ship lightweight, rapid experiments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- No specific certifications required.
