Job title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Loyalty, Marketing, Service, and integration clouds. Own code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise data security while mentoring a cross-functional team.
Expactations: 8–10 years of hands‑on Salesforce development, strong architectural judgment, and proven team‑leadership. Deliver robust, compliant solutions on schedule with measurable KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio.
- Manage and evolve integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or Copado.
- Configure and maintain Loyalty Management Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM for KPI tracking.
- Enforce data protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, PII) across all data flows.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
- Mentor developers, set coding standards, and foster continuous improvement.
