Experience:

8–10 years in Salesforce development, with hands-on expertise in Apex,

LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio.

Salesforce Clouds: Proficient with Loyalty Management Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service

Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.

Integration Expertise: Strong REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tooling

knowledge.

DevOps Mastery: Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, and

Copado.

Analytics Skills: Knowledgeable in Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM for KPI tracking.
Security & Compliance: Skilled in implementing GDPR, CCPA, PII, and general data

security standards.

Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead teams, review designs/code, and engage

with stakeholders.

Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and architectural thinking.
