Sales Operations Manager
**Role Summary**
Oversee end‑to‑end sales operations, driving accuracy and efficiency in order processing, inventory management, pricing, and reporting. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment and data integrity across SAP and other ERP systems. Lead continuous process improvements in the order‑to‑cash cycle while supervising a customer service team and supporting sales forecasting and budgeting.

- Maintain compliance with trade regulations, company policies, and budgetary controls.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration and achieve operational KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily sales operations, order entry, and customer deliveries in SAP.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production to validate order accuracy and fulfillment schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and shipping, ensuring data integrity across ERP systems.
- Lead order‑to‑cash process improvements and support system updates.
- Supervise and train the Customer Service Team on systems, processes, and performance targets.
- Compile and analyze sales forecasts with RSMs; generate Flash, Channel, and Account Trend reports.
- Manage pricing, margin targets, and price list updates; communicate changes across departments.
- Oversee account setup, credit approvals, and account closures; monitor credit holds.
- Plan and execute trade shows, promotional events, and inventory management.
- Coordinate purchase orders for promotional and back‑ordered goods in SAP.
**Required Skills**
- 4‑6 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Proven management experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (order management, inventory, pricing).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking under tight schedules.
- Ability to work independently, self‑starter, and adapt to rapid changes.
- Bilingual language skills a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- High School Diploma (minimum).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related major preferred.
- MBA or advanced business coursework considered a plus.
