Key Responsibilities: - Conduct discovery sessions and product demos to qualify opportunities. - Provide technical expertise and answer client inquiries, positioning the product as a key solution. - Lead end‑to‑end customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring milestones and timelines are met. - Create and maintain customer‑facing collateral (demo materials, FAQs). - Manage multiple simultaneous implementations, coordinating with cross‑functional teams. - Collect customer feedback and partner with product teams to drive enhancements. - Identify risks and upsell opportunities, working closely with sales and engineering. Required Skills: - Strong project management and organizational capabilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex concepts. - Experience in a startup or fast‑moving environment preferred.
