Job Title: Solutions Engineer

Location: San Francisco, CA (In-person, 5 days/week)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our products. You will lead technical sales support, manage customer implementations, and drive customer success. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex B2B solutions, build long-term relationships with clients, and contribute to our growth as we scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct customer discovery sessions and product demos to qualify opportunities.
Provide technical expertise and answer client questions, positioning our product as a key solution.
Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction.
Develop and maintain customer-facing collateral, including demo materials and FAQs.
Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with our product team to drive improvements.
Identify potential risks and upsell opportunities, working closely with sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, customer success, or solutions engineering.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain complex concepts.
Previous experience in a startup environment or a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, early-stage company.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $110K - $165K
