Job Description

Job title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce cloud solutions, translating complex business needs into actionable system designs while guiding development, testing, and adoption efforts across enterprise teams. Expectations: - Drive project ownership from concept through delivery, enforcing rigorous scope, quality, and compliance standards. - Provide strategic insight on process impacts, balancing business value against financial and technical constraints. - Maintain complete documentation, secure stakeholder sign‑off, and continuously improve user experience and policy adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct deep user interviews to elicit functional and non‑functional requirements. - Lead Agile/Scrum product cycles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test planning. - Create detailed business requirements, process flows, user story artifacts, and solution designs. - Coordinate development, testing, training, rollout, and post‑go‑live support. - Champion adoption initiatives, policy compliance, and continuous improvement. - Serve as project lead and mentor for junior analysts and developers. Required Skills: - 4+ years of Salesforce experience with strong business analysis and technical problem‑solving. - Salesforce Certified Administrator. - Advanced knowledge of enterprise‑level, service‑oriented architecture and roadmap development. - Proven expertise in Agile (Scrum) methodologies: sprint planning, TDD, CI/CD, and stakeholder management. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation capabilities across all organizational levels. - Deep understanding of state and federal employment regulations. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and systems documentation tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).
