**Job Title** SaaS Account Executive – Real Estate Communications Platform **Role Summary** High‑volume sales specialist responsible for closing deals within the SMB real‑estate sector. Own the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to closed‑won, consistently meeting or exceeding a $40K/month quota, and driving revenue through daily outreach and CRM discipline. **Expectations** - 5+ years total SaaS sales experience, 3+ years as an AE with full closing ownership. - Proven record of achieving minimum $40K/month quota. - Operate full US time zones, full‑time contractor role. - 50+ high‑value calls per week; proficiency in phone, video, email, and text. - Detail‑oriented, KPI‑aware, process‑driven, and self‑motivated. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the sales cycle: qualify leads, conduct daily 15‑minute discovery calls, follow‑up consistently, and close deals. - Maintain 100% CRM compliance: daily to‑dos, emails, texts, calls. - Schedule outbound blocks to accelerate deal flow to close‑won. - Leverage multi‑channel communication (voice, video, email, text) to move deals forward. - Partner with VP of Sales for coaching and performance improvement. - Deliver structured, data‑driven execution of the sales process. **Required Skills** - SaaS sales experience, closing at SMB level. - Strong phone & video presentation skills; comfortable with >50 calls/week. - Excellent communicator: written, verbal, listening. - Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, KPI‑focused. - Logical, structured thinker with bias toward execution. - Self‑starter: researches solutions independently, proactive problem‑solver. - Coachable, team‑player, positive attitude. - Fluent in English, comfortable leading conversations over phone/video. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred but not mandatory. - Certifications in HubSpot, sales, or psychology considered a plus.
