**Job Title:** Commercial Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Support a large‑scale transformation program integrating two businesses by leading the commercial process design workstream. Bridge business and technology stakeholders, capture and translate requirements, and contribute to solution design for end‑to‑end deal execution, pricing, valuation, settlement, accounting, and reporting processes. **Expectations:** - Immediate availability (start within 2‑3 weeks). - Full‑time, 60/40 hybrid (Canary Wharf, London) with occasional travel to London or EU sites. - Ability to work in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams and manage stakeholder relationships. - Agile delivery mindset, participating in stand‑ups, sprint ceremonies and status reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and deliver the commercial business analysis workstream on schedule. - Design, plan, and facilitate workshops to define and validate the future‑state solution. - Capture high‑quality business requirements; produce Level 5 to‑be process flows and impact assessments. - Document requirements, process maps, change impacts, and knowledge‑sharing artefacts; ensure proper dissemination. - Contribute to user acceptance test case creation and support testing and functional acceptance. - Provide weekly status updates, highlight risks, and escalate blockers. - Manage workstream delivery using agile methodologies. **Required Skills:** - Strong requirements‑gathering and translation of business needs into technical specifications. - Proficiency in process mapping (BPMN or similar). - Proven facilitation of business workshops (virtual and in‑person) with diverse stakeholders. - Stakeholder management and ability to handle complex discussions. - Rapid understanding of broad technology landscapes; ability to contribute to design discussions. - Familiarity with agile delivery practices. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Commercial awareness of trading, pricing, and deal execution processes. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Typically a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (specific degree not mandated). - Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous but not required.
