Job title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive full‑cycle new‑business sales for a decision‑intelligence AI platform, generating and closing high‑value deals with data, analytics, and C‑level buyers. Expactations: - Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for net‑new opportunity pipeline. - Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and close complex deals. - Execute outbound prospecting and inbound qualification in a fast‑moving SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: - Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract close. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. - Conduct discovery and solution‑selling conversations that translate technology into business value. - Partner with Sales Engineering for tailored demos and technical validation. - Close high‑value deals with data, analytics, and executive buyers. Required Skills: - 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in data, analytics, or AI. - Proven record of hitting or surpassing sales quotas. - Hunter‑mindset with strong prospecting and pipeline management skills. - Ability to translate technical concepts (Snowflake, Databricks, AI/LLM solutions) into clear business outcomes. - Comfortable operating in a rapid, startup‑style environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
