**Job Title** CRM Product Lead – Microsoft Dynamics **Role Summary** Own and evolve the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform for a fast‑paced professional services organization. Lead the product roadmap, drive user adoption, translate business needs into functional designs, ensure data and system performance, and serve as the central CRM stakeholder liaison. **Expectations** * Accountable for the end‑to‑end CRM product life cycle. * Align CRM capabilities with business goals across sales, delivery, finance, and leadership. * Deliver measurable improvements in user experience, data quality, and operational efficiency. * Collaborate closely with developers, data teams, and third‑party partners. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Drive CRM adoption through onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. 2. Define, prioritize, and manage the CRM product backlog; gather business requirements and refine user stories. 3. Translate complex business processes into effective CRM workflows and technical specifications. 4. Oversee system performance, data integrity, and integration with ATS, finance, and other corporate systems. 5. Act as the primary CRM point of contact across the organization, reporting to the CTO and engaging senior stakeholders. 6. Champion agile product management practices and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Skills** * Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Enterprise or Online). * Proven experience leading CRM product ownership in a commercial or professional services setting. * Strong stakeholder engagement and change‑management capabilities. * Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and user workflows. * Knowledge of data quality management, integration patterns, and performance monitoring. * Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) such as Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Dynamics 365 Service is highly preferred. * Demonstrable track record of delivering CRM enhancements that drive business performance.
