Champion agile product management practices and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Skills** * Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Enterprise or Online). * Proven experience leading CRM product ownership in a commercial or professional services setting. * Strong stakeholder engagement and change‑management capabilities. * Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and user workflows. * Knowledge of data quality management, integration patterns, and performance monitoring. * Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) such as Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Dynamics 365 Service is highly preferred. * Demonstrable track record of delivering CRM enhancements that drive business performance.
