Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist (Analytics) Role Summary: Strategic sales operations analyst delivering data‑driven insights, forecasting, and process optimization for a global automotive and illumination market. Expectations: Provide actionable analytics, maintain accurate CRM data, automate reporting, and support cross‑functional alignment to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Analyze sales performance (revenue, conversion, pipeline velocity) using advanced Excel and Power BI. - Develop and manage executive dashboards and weekly revenue reports. - Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and other CRM tools. - Implement AI and Co‑Pilot features to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy. - Support end‑to‑end sales forecasting (consensus, STP, AOP) and reconcile with finance, supply chain, and marketing. - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in sales workflows; recommend and implement process improvements. - Maintain CRM workflows, training materials, and onboarding documentation. - Coordinate sales incentive targets and compensation tracking. - Act as liaison among sales, finance, marketing, and IT for data, tools, and strategic initiatives. - Create and update regional price books; monitor pricing compliance and audit requirements. Required Skills - 7–9 years in sales operations, business analysis, or commercial project management. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytics platforms. - Hands‑on experience with AI/Co‑Pilot tools in a sales context. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) CRM administration. - Expertise in forecasting and demand planning methodologies. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail orientation. - Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration with global teams. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
