Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our global Sales Operations team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, providing advanced analytics using Excel and Power BI, leveraging AI and Co-Pilot technologies, optimizing sales processes, and supporting forecasting and demand planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM systems (including Salesforce), data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:

Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze sales performance metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.) using advanced Excel and Power BI techniques to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for executive reviews, weekly revenue calls, and strategic planning.
Monitor data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce and other CRM tools.

AI & Co-Pilot Integration

Utilize AI-driven tools and Co-Pilot features to automate reporting, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline sales operations.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for sales process improvement.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

Support end-to-end sales forecasting processes including consensus forecast, STP, and AOP cycles.
Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and product marketing to reconcile forecasts and align on strategic demand plans.

Process Optimization

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales operations workflows.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and revenue generation.
Support automation initiatives and system enhancements (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Salesforce).

Sales Enablement & Support

Maintain and improve CRM workflows, training materials, and documentation.
Assist in onboarding new sales team members and ensure alignment with sales processes and tools.
Coordinate sales incentive target settings and compensation tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between sales, finance, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment on data, tools, and strategic initiatives.
Participate in strategic projects including dashboard development, pricing analysis, and partner enablement.

Price Book Development and Maintenance

Create and maintain regional price books in alignment with corporate pricing strategy.
Update pricing data regularly to reflect market changes, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across systems.
Monitor pricing compliance and support audits and reporting requirements.

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):

Experience in sales operations, business analysis, or commercial project management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with AI and Co-Pilot technologies in a sales environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems, including Salesforce (SFDC).
Strong knowledge of forecasting and demand planning methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities across global teams.

Education (Minimum Level)

Bachelor's

Field of Study

Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.

Years of Experience (Minimum)

7 - 9 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in automotive or general illumination industries is a plus.
Experience with global demand planning and forecasting.
Familiarity with Incoterm impacts on revenue recognition.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strategic & analytical mindset with a strong drive to enable data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Technology-oriented outlook—eager to develop and apply AI and CRM solutions to enhance business performance.

Pay Range Data:

We expect to pay within the range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year for this role. This range represents base salary and does not reflect benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries reflect several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, education/certifications and specific work location.
