**Job title:** Sales Engineer **Role Summary:** Translate client needs into complete proposals that combine technical design and accurate pricing for wastewater and energy solutions. Act as the liaison between engineering, sales, and execution teams to ensure viability, customer satisfaction, and long‑term relationships. **Expectations:** - Deliver precise, customer‑tailored design and pricing proposals. - Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal partners. - Accept occasional travel for site surveys and client meetings. - Support continuous improvement of solutions and pricing structures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and calculate innovative wastewater, biogas, and energy projects. - Ensure accuracy and competitiveness of pricing and overall solution. - Coordinate with sales to propose price or solution enhancements. - Liaise with execution departments to gather practical feedback on designs. - Provide technical assistance to colleagues and end‑users as needed. - Participate in site visits and meetings to assess project requirements. - Produce clear, concise written documentation and proposals. **Required Skills:** - Solid process‑technical background in mechanical/electrical engineering. - Knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies (beneficial). - Strong analytical and design skills for industrial installations. - Proficiency in English (oral and written). - Excellent communication, customer‑orientation, and teamwork. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and flexible in a fast‑moving environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related) *or* equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in wastewater, biogas, or energy sectors. - Relevant certifications in environmental or process engineering are a plus.
