Job Description
**Job Title** Intern – Development & Operations (Franchise) **Role Summary** Support the launch and scaling of White Bird’s franchise network by driving marketing, network engagement, event coordination, and intrapreneurial projects. Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational support, reporting on performance indicators and contributing to cross‑functional projects. **Expectations** * 6‑month full‑time internship in a fast‑growing start‑up scale‑up environment. * Direct collaboration with executive leadership and the franchisee community. * Deliver tangible marketing, engagement and product‑development outputs. * Operate autonomously while coordinating multiple tasks and projects. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Marketing Strategy & Execution** – Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for 35 franchise partners: communication schedules, promotional assets, KPI tracking, and performance reporting. 2. **Network Activation** – Organise events (roadshows, workshops), produce editorial content (newsletters, blogs, social media), and manage the franchisee training calendar. 3. **Intrapreneurial Projects** – Identify, prototype and lead new products/services for the network through internal market studies, concept design and launch pilots. 4. **Operational Support** – Conduct competitive intelligence, monitor KPIs, prepare strategic presentations, and coordinate cross‑department projects. 5. **Stakeholder Communication** – Maintain professional, clear communication across internal teams and external franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals. **Required Skills** * Strong written and verbal communication, content creation, and copy‑editing. * Proficiency in marketing tools (email systems, social media platforms, analytics dashboards). * Event planning and coordination experience. * Project management, multi‑tasking, and organization. * Analytical mindset for market and performance data interpretation. * B2B service or real‑estate sector awareness preferred. * Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach. * English proficiency; French is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** * Current enrolment in a business school or Grande École program (MIM) with a focus on marketing, business development, or strategy. * No formal certification required; academic coursework in marketing, strategy or related fields is essential.
