Job Description
**Job Title** Intern – Business Development (Hunter) **Role Summary** An entry‑level, 6‑month internship focused on aggressive outbound B2B growth. The intern will prospect, initiate contact and nurture relationships with key players in fitness equipment manufacturing, retail, gyms, TV/set‑top providers, and insurance. The role requires a hunter mentality, proactive outreach, and the ability to convert prospects into active partners. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed weekly outbound outreach targets (emails, cold calls). - Demonstrate a strong drive to close deals and achieve ambitious sales goals. - Adapt quickly to ambiguous situations and manage a dynamic prospect pipeline. - Travel as required to partner locations, retail outlets and industry events. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting: - Send targeted emails and conduct cold calls to potential partners worldwide. 2. Build and expand a network of contacts across multiple industries. 3. Conduct discovery calls to understand partner needs and validate opportunities. 4. Close new partnership agreements with fitness equipment manufacturers, distributors, gyms, TV providers, insurance companies, etc. 5. Perform regular in‑store visits to partner locations and reseller outlets to strengthen relationships and monitor brand presence. 6. Attend physical sports and corporate events for networking, market intelligence and lead generation. 7. Prepare and deliver weekly reports to the Global Business Development leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven or self‑demonstrated experience in inbound/outbound sales or business development. - Hunter mentality: comfort with proactive, cold outreach and in‑person visits. - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and implement new ideas. - High proficiency in both French and English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are a plus. - Willingness to travel. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of Bac +5 (Master’s degree) from a recognized business school. - No mandatory certifications; relevant coursework or training in sales is a plus.
