Job Description

You will be joining Kinomap to drive aggressive, outbound B2B business growth across our international ecosystem. This role is a pure hunter position, requiring exceptional proactivity, determination and comfort with direct sales and cold outreach. Your task would be to build and expand a network to create new business opportunities/partnerships with relevant well-known brands across multiple industries. This role requires one to prospect and find new business opportunities globally.

The Missions

Consistently meet and exceed weekly targets for outbound emailing and targeted cold calls resulting in high-volume outbound prospecting & sales
Embrace the Hunter Mentality - Be ready to pick up the phone and dial. You must be comfortable with proactive, uninvited outreach, including walking into a partner’s or reseller’s store to introduce Kinomap and establish relationships with staff and management
Develop and close new partnership opportunities with key players across key sectors:
i) Fitness Equipment Manufacturers, Distributors, & Retailers
ii) Gyms & Health Clubs
iii) TV & Set-Top Box Providers
iv) Insurance companies
Convert target prospects into committed clients and partners.
Innovative thinking to consistently explore new approaches and ideas every week
Conduct weekly in-store visits at partner stores and reseller outlets to build rapport, support staff and monitor Kinomap’s retail presence
Actively attend Physical Sporting Events and related corporate events for networking, gathering market intelligence and lead generation
Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to discern their business needs and validate opportunities.
Report weekly to the Vice President of Global Business Development

Profile Required

Bac +5/Master’s Degree (recognized business school).
First hand experience in a sales/biz dev role is a significant advantage.
Must be a proactive, driven hunter with a strong desire to close deals and hit ambitious targets.
Excellent entrepreneurial and communication skills, comfortable taking the initiative in an ambiguous environment.
Must not hesitate to pick up the phone and cold call. High comfort level with both virtual and direct, face-to-face engagement is essential.
Fluent French and English are a must. Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are a significant plus.
Passionate about sports, Apps, and the start-up environment.
Available to travel if needed

Starting Date: 05/01/2026 (for a 6-month Internship / Stage)
