**Job Title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain production-grade software solutions using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or .NET while championing AI‑assisted development tools. Act as a mentor to two interns, fostering a learning culture and improving team efficiency through AI integration. **Expectations** - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Proven ability to adopt and advocate AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, CodeWhisperer). - Strong communication and coaching skills, capable of guiding early‑career engineers. - Familiarity with modern development practices: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile methodologies. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain high‑quality codebases in chosen technology stack. - Lead the evaluation and deployment of AI tools to enhance developer productivity. - Conduct code reviews, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and Agile ceremonies. - Mentor and manage two software engineering interns, providing technical guidance and growth support. - Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions. - Promote continuous learning and experimentation across the engineering team. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or .NET. - Experience with AI‑assisted development platforms. - Expertise in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile delivery. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong coaching, mentorship, and interpersonal abilities. - Curiosity for emerging technologies and a collaborative mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
