Job Title: Marketing Lead
Role Summary
Spearhead the full-funnel growth engine for an electric‑vehicle e‑commerce marketplace, driving acquisition for both buyers and sellers across paid, organic, and partnership channels. Own the marketing budget, P&L, and performance metrics while scaling new market entries and Experience Center openings.
Expectations
* Deliver measurable growth targets and maintain CAC within budget.
* Build, document, and iterate the end‑to‑end customer acquisition playbook.
* Own reporting, analytics, and optimization of all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute full‑funnel growth strategy; forecast and allocate budgets across channels.
* Own marketing spend P&L, track CPL/CAC, and optimize across buyer and seller funnels.
* Manage and scale paid performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic).
* Drive SEO, content authority, and brand campaigns.
* Lead GTM marketing for new geographic launches and Experience Center openings.
* Collaborate with engineering on programmatic SEO, tracking pixels, UTM structures, and attribution models.
* Design, launch, and optimize email, lifecycle, and HubSpot workflows.
* Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences; conduct cohort analysis, A/B tests, and multi‑touch attribution.
* Build and maintain the marketing tech stack, including CRM and analytics tools.
* Evaluate and engage vendors/ agencies as needed; manage internal resources to scale campaigns.
* Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and decision‑making.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in multiple functions within DTC context.
* Deep expertise in paid performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, GA 4, etc.) with proven scale results.
* P&L ownership and budget management.
* Strong analytical capability: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, incremental lift testing; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Looker, PostHog, etc.).
* Technical marketing fluency: tracking pixels, UTM tagging, attribution, CRM integration.
* CRM workflow expertise (HubSpot or equivalent).
* SEO and content strategy experience: keyword research, organic flywheel building, technical optimization.
* Comfortable prioritizing in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments; high ownership mentality.
* Proficiency with AI tools for marketing automation and optimization.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
* Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot Marketing Software preferred.
