**Job Title:** DevSecOps Tools Engineer
**Role Summary**
Support automation and cybersecurity in software development processes by implementing and optimizing CI/CD infrastructure, tools, and secure practices to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.
**Expectations**
- 4–6 years of experience in embedded software project management.
- Proficiency in DevSecOps toolchains and cybersecurity integration.
- Ability to collaborate across software engineering, operations, and IT teams.
- Initiative to recommend and implement process/tool improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, deploy, and maintain CI/CD infrastructure (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket) and toolchains.
- Automate development, testing, release, and monitoring workflows.
- Integrate cybersecurity measures (vulnerability scanning, SSL, SAST/DAST) into DevOps pipelines.
- Manage DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible), cloud monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), and virtualization platforms.
- Advise on tool selection, data management systems (ERP/PLM integration), and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve technical tooling challenges.
**Required Skills**
- Linux systems (CentOS, Ubuntu).
- CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory).
- Scripting (shell).
- Cloud/IT infrastructure (NGINX, Docker, Kubernetes, VMware).
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Cybersecurity practices (SSL, secure-by-design, penetration testing).
- Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Bilingual fluency in English and French.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or higher in computer science or related field.
- Certifications in DevOps (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) preferred but not required.
