Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Administration Assistant **Role Summary:** Supports the end‑to‑end sales process by managing order intake, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and proper customer account handling. **Expectations:** - Accurately process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery. - Maintain clear communication between sales, production, logistics, and customers. - Resolve order‑related issues and assist with credit and dispute management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive, record, and validate sales orders in the ERP system. - Monitor order status, arrange shipment, and confirm delivery with customers. - Identify and report anomalies (stock shortages, production delays, etc.). - Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, logistics, finance) to ensure alignment. - Communicate order updates, potential delays, and stock issues to customers. - Prepare and issue invoices; ensure pricing, terms, and transport costs are correct. - Process customer credit notes and support the credit team with overdue or disputed payments. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with ERP and order‑management software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). - Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Understanding of customer account management and credit controls. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional areas. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred. - Demonstrated experience with ERP/CRM systems and Office Suite.
