**Job Title** Social Media & Creator Manager **Role Summary** Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok by developing authentic, story‑centric content. Manage the creator ecosystem, nurture relationships, and amplify creator‑generated content through paid media. Collaborate with internal creatives and partners to produce real‑time, un staged moments that showcase product lifestyle and sustainability impact. **Expectations** - Increase social channel reach and engagement 4‑fold YoY. - Build a loyal, interactive community on each platform, turning awareness into consideration and conversion. - Deliver measurable growth in qualified lead volume attributed to social assets. - Prove ability to launch new channels from scratch and scale existing ones. **Key Responsibilities** - Own company voice and tone across all social channels. - Create, edit, and publish compelling visual and written content that resonates with homeowners and sustainability enthusiasts. - Grow established Instagram and LinkedIn accounts; launch and grow Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok from zero. - Develop a holistic content strategy blending product education, customer stories, partner highlights, design inspiration, and climate impact narratives. - Build, onboard, and manage creator relationships; extend partnerships; negotiate collaborations. - Coordinate with paid‑media team to amplify creator content. - Capture behind‑the‑scenes content during photoshoots and installation visits; produce office culture storytelling. - Maintain a continually updated library of authentic, real‑time moments. - Partner with in‑house creative team to shape concepts, campaigns, and social toolkits for partners. **Required Skills** - 4–6 years of experience growing social media channels in home, lifestyle, design, sustainability, or consumer‑products space. - Proven record of building social presence from scratch and scaling existing accounts. - Deep storytelling expertise: ability to translate product benefits into human‑centric narratives. - Creator management: talent scouting, relationship building, negotiation, and partnership longevity. - Content creation proficiency: shooting, editing, and publishing video and photo assets with minimal production support. - Platform native knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels—understanding of algorithmic nuances and best practices. - Comfortable on camera and behind the lens; strong communication and presentation skills. - Strategic thinking: aligning content objectives with business and sustainability goals. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Certifications in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing are a plus.
