**Job title:** Digital Marketing & Content Creator
**Role Summary:** Create, produce, and manage engaging social media, video, photography, and digital advertising content to promote events and community impact, drive ticket sales, and expand audience reach for a national arts centre.
**Expectations:**
- Highly creative with strong storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to produce video, photography, and graphic assets for professional marketing.
- Experienced in planning, executing, and measuring digital campaigns across major social platforms.
- Comfortable collaborating with show producers and creative teams to create behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Data‑driven mindset: uses analytics to optimise content and paid social performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead creation of organic and paid social media content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Produce high‑quality video, photography, and graphics for social, email, and digital ads.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that supports audience growth and ticket revenue.
- Plan and schedule content, ensuring brand consistency and timely promotion of shows, films, and community projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, creative teams) for campaign content.
- Monitor platform analytics; generate reports and adjust strategies for improved engagement and reach.
**Required Skills:**
- Content creation (video editing, photography, graphic design).
- Social media strategy and paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Copywriting and storytelling for audiovisual media.
- Analytical: ability to analyse metrics, report insights, and optimise content.
- Brand‑awareness mindset: maintain tone, style, and visual identity.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and good humour.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- certifications in digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) preferred.
