**Job title** Head of Sales **Role Summary** Lead the design and execution of the partner acquisition engine, targeting multi‑branch agencies, large independent brokers, BTR operators, and portfolio landlords. Own end‑to‑end partner lifecycle from prospecting to activation, driving predictable revenue and scalable sales processes. **Expectations** - Deliver consistent quarterly pipeline, forecasting, and results. - Build and grow a high‑performing outbound sales team (1–3 BDMs). - Maintain strong commercial judgement, data‑driven decision making, and rigorous CRM discipline. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Generate, qualify, and manage pipeline; forecast and report to senior leadership. 2. Close mid‑market and enterprise partner deals across agencies, networks, BTR, and landlords. 3. Oversee partner activation with Product and Operations, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value. 4. Use data and testing to refine Ideal Customer Profile, shorten sales cycles, and improve conversion rates. 5. Develop repeatable playbooks and scalable sales motions to support rapid team growth. 6. Partner with Marketing on joint campaigns and go‑to‑market execution. 7. Recruit, coach, and lead outbound sales team, owning team performance metrics. 8. Report performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven experience building and running partner or new‑business sales functions, ideally in software, proptech, fintech, or insurtech. - Hands‑on sales operator comfortable prospecting, meeting, and closing while managing a team. - Track record of closing multi‑branch or mid‑market commercial deals. - Strong commercial judgment with target setting, forecasting, and CRM management. - Data‑literate; uses metrics to diagnose issues and optimize performance. - Clear, pragmatic communicator who builds trust with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Inclusive leadership style focused on capability development and positive team culture. - Willingness to travel across the UK for partner meetings. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. - Any relevant sales or partnership certifications (e.g., SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, or similar) is a plus. ---
