**Job Title:** Marketing Coordinator (Content Operations & GoHighLevel)
**Role Summary:**
Execute and maintain the day‑to‑day marketing workflow for a wealth advisory firm. Focus on content scheduling, community engagement, CRM/email deployment, freelancer coordination, and performance reporting. The role is operational, not strategic, ensuring all marketing processes run smoothly and on time.
**Expectations:**
- Consistent, accurate publishing across all social channels.
- Reliable lead flow between Finny.ai, GoHighLevel, and the CRM.
- Timely delivery and organization of freelancer assets.
- Up‑to‑date analytics dashboards without prompting.
- Maintain a calm, clear, and controlled marketing system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage multi‑platform content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, blog).
- Schedule and publish posts using GoHighLevel or equivalent tools (Later, Buffer, Metricool).
- Repurpose long‑form videos and blogs into short captions, clips, or quotes.
- Track weekly engagement metrics and update monthly performance dashboards (Google Sheets/Notion).
- Monitor and respond to comments/DMs, escalating as needed per brand guidelines.
- Build, send, and analyze newsletters and nurture emails; maintain segmented lists and tagging in GoHighLevel.
- Ensure Finny.ai leads sync correctly and trigger appropriate automations.
- Coordinate deliverables with video editors, designers, and writers; track deadlines, revisions, and publishing order.
- Organize assets in Google Drive and/or Notion; maintain shared folders.
- Produce concise monthly performance summaries and identify basic trends.
**Required Skills:**
- 2+ years in marketing coordination, content operations, or CRM/email execution.
- Strong written English; ability to draft captions and short posts.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to close loops.
- Proficient with scheduling tools (GoHighLevel, Later, Buffer, Metricool).
- Experience with CRM/email platforms (GoHighLevel, Finny.ai).
- Comfortable with analytics/reporting tools (Google Sheets, Notion, basic dashboarding).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Drive, Notion, Monday.com, Zapier optional).
- Tech‑savvy, quick learner, and able to manage recurring workflows and deadlines.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- No specific certifications required; relevant tool certifications (e.g., GoHighLevel) are a plus.
