Marketing Coordinator (Content Ops + GoHighLevel)

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator — the operator who keeps our marketing ecosystem running smoothly: content flow, scheduling, community oversight, CRM/email execution, analytics, and freelancer coordination.
This is not a strategy role.
It is a systems, execution, and follow-through role.

What You’ll Own
Content Operations
Manage a multi-platform content calendar across LinkedIn (company + partners), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our blog
Schedule and publish content using GoHighLevel or another scheduler (Later, Buffer, Metricool, etc.)
Repurpose long-form videos and blog content into short captions, clips, or quotes
Track weekly engagement metrics
Organize assets in Google Drive and/or Notion
Community Management
Monitor comments and DMs across platforms
Respond or escalate based on brand guidelines
Maintain consistent tone and track audience engagement patterns
Email & CRM Execution (GoHighLevel)
Build and send newsletters and nurture emails
Maintain segmented lists and tagging
Ensure Finny.ai leads sync correctly and trigger the appropriate automations
Support outbound campaigns and report on open and click rates
Freelancer & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate deliverables with video editors, designers, and writers
Track deadlines, revisions, and publishing order
Upload and organize final assets in shared folders
Analytics & Reporting
Update monthly dashboards (Google Sheets or Notion)
Deliver a concise one-page monthly performance summary
Identify simple trends (top posts, engagement patterns, etc.)
Tools You’ll Touch
(Experience with equivalent tools is welcome — training provided)
GoHighLevel · Finny.ai · Later / Buffer / Metricool · Canva · Google Drive · Notion or Monday · Zapier (optional)
Who You Are
2+ years in marketing coordination, content operations, CRM/email execution, or marketing support
Strong written English; comfortable drafting captions and short posts
Highly organized and detail-driven — you close loops
Comfortable managing recurring workflows and deadlines
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Interest in finance, entrepreneurship, or personal growth is a plus (not required)
What Success Looks Like
Consistent, accurate posting across platforms
Clean, reliable Finny → GoHighLevel → CRM lead flow
Freelancers deliver on time and assets stay organized
Monthly analytics are updated without prompting
The marketing system feels calm, clear, and under control
Compensation
$25/hour
Up to 100 hours per month
Remote, flexible schedule
Long-term contractor role
