Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Support Specialist Role Summary: Provides end‑to‑end support for a large‑scale enterprise ServiceNow environment, ensuring platform reliability, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement through automation and best practices. Expactations: Own the ServiceNow platform’s health, manage incident/problem/change/request processes, deliver weekly release cycles, perform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning, and collaborate with operations teams to uphold service stability. Key Responsibilities: - Own and support the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. - Manage weekly release cycles and application deployments. - Ensure SLA adherence while driving automation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain, patch, and upgrade enterprise applications. - Collaborate with xMatters and Service Management teams to guarantee platform stability. Required Skills: - Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory. - Minimum 4+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience. - Strong proficiency with APIs, MID Server configuration, scripting (basic to advanced), and performance tuning. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
