ServiceNow Support Specialist

Onsite – Pittsburgh, PA / Orlando, FL

USC / Green Card only

Leonex LLC is hiring a ServiceNow Support Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise environment. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy platform ownership, production support, and working closely with operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and support the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
Support weekly release cycles and application deployments
Ensure SLA adherence while driving automation and continuous improvement
Maintain, patch, and upgrade enterprise applications
Work with xMatters and Service Management teams to ensure platform stability

Required Qualifications

Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

Strong experience with:

APIs
MID Server
Scripting (basic to advanced)
Performance tuning
