Job Title: Social Creative Role Summary: Develop and execute platform‑native creative assets for paid and organic social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other key channels. Craft compelling copy, edit short‑form video, and transform audience insights and trend data into rapid testable concepts that drive performance. Expectations: - Deliver high‑impact, on‑brand content that captures attention within the first two seconds. - Iterate quickly based on performance metrics, generating new hooks, angles, and scripts. - Collaborate seamlessly with strategists, designers, and data analysts to align creative with campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Write engaging paid‑social copy: hooks, angles, CTAs, headlines, and scroll‑stopping lines. - Produce or edit short‑form videos using tools such as CapCut, incorporating trends, memes, pacing, and storytelling techniques. - Develop ad concepts that outperform organic offerings and feed Creative Strategy & Experimentation. - Translate audience insights, platform trends, and performance analytics into creative ideas and test hypotheses. - Partner with AdStudio strategists and designers to create scripts, formats, and testing variations. - Source UGC, creator‑style content, and visuals that align with platform norms and brand requirements. - Stay current with creator culture, platform behaviors, and emerging formats, bringing fresh perspectives to content scouting and ideation. Required Skills: - Native proficiency in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and current content formats. - Strong written communication, with ability to craft concise, impactful copy. - Video editing skills (CapCut or equivalent) and understanding of pacing, memes, and trend integration. - Data‑driven mindset: interpreting performance metrics to inform iterative creative decisions. - Creative concept development for paid and organic campaigns. - Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Video Production, or related field preferred. - Demonstrable portfolio of social‑first content or relevant creative work. ---
