Job Description

Job Title: Power BI & Automation Specialist Role Summary: Hands-on specialist to develop data reporting solutions and optimize business processes through automation and integration of Microsoft technologies. Expactations: Candidate must possess technical proficiency in Power BI, Power Platform, and SQL to deliver dashboards and automate workflows. Expected to collaborate cross-functionally, analyze data requirements, and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. - Integrate data from CRM, ERP, websites, and external sources to ensure quality and security. - Automate workflows using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency. - Define KPIs and reporting standards with IT and department heads. - Provide training and support for adopting reporting and automation tools. - Coordinate project tasks for reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives. - Stay updated on emerging Microsoft technologies like Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and AI.
