What you’ll do
We are looking for a hands-on Power BI & Automation Specialist to help the business turn data into insight and make processes more efficient. You’ll build centralised, self-serve reporting dashboards, integrate tools and automate workows.
Key responsibilities and duties
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Build centralised, self-service dashboards for various departments to drive data-driven decision-making.
Integrate data from CRM, ERP, websites and other external sources, ensuring data quality, and security.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using Power Automate.
Work closely with the IT Manager and department heads to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
Provide guidance, training, and best practices to support adoption of new reporting and process workflows.
Assist with project coordination for reporting, automation or process improvement initiatives where needed.
Stay up to date with Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and AI.
Skills and Experience
Strong proficiency in Power BI and integrations.
Solid SQL skills and experience.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform and integrations with the wider Microsoft environment and other external sources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication skills with a professional telephone and email manner.
Ability to learn new systems quickly.
