Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator Role Summary A support specialist who enhances the sales team’s effectiveness by accurately generating quotes, maintaining customer data, coordinating cross‑departmental activities, and providing data‑driven insights and sales‑enablement materials. Expectations - Deliver precise, timely quotations (within 1 business day). - Maintain 100 % accuracy in customer records across CRM and ERP systems. - Quickly absorb and communicate technical product details. - Manage multiple priorities with strong self‑direction and outcome focus. - Exhibit high emotional intelligence to build relationships within the sales team and across departments. Key Responsibilities - Generate and deliver highly accurate customer quotes. - Update and maintain customer information in Salesforce and ERP. - Produce customer‑facing assets such as brochures, data sheets, and trade‑show media. - Coordinate sales‑led inter‑departmental projects and activities. - Assist in the creation and upkeep of internal sales reporting tools. - Analyze sales data, synthesize findings, and recommend actionable insights. - Support sales initiatives, including daily huddles, market strategy sessions, and other cross‑functional projects. Required Skills - Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). - Competence in data processing and basic analytical tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organization, prioritization, and time‑management. - High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. - Rapid learning of technical product lines. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. - Salesforce Administrator or similar sales‑technology certification is a plus.
