Job Description
Job title: Ad Success Representative Role Summary: Act as the primary liaison between client partners and Ad Operations to drive campaign success through strategic account management and operational excellence. Expectations: - Manage 3–4 client partners, including subsidiaries of large holding companies. - Conduct structured weekly check‑ins and provide proactive recommendations. - Identify revenue opportunities and upsell strategies to support account retention and growth. - Deliver high‑quality client service, achieving strong CSAT scores. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Client Engagement & Strategic Partnership** – Build trust‑based relationships, lead regular check‑ins, and support retention and growth initiatives. 2. **Campaign Management & Operational Support** – Act as liaison between client teams and Ad Operations, manage ticket submissions and QA deliverables; oversee Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self‑Serve (Ads Manager) campaign processes. 3. **Insight Generation & Optimization** – Download, analyze, and translate campaign performance data into actionable insights and reporting narratives aligned with campaign goals. 4. **Internal Collaboration & Workflow Development** – Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to incorporate client feedback, standardize evolving workflows, and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives. Required Skills: - 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations, or a comparable client‑facing role. - Proficient with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, and customer support platforms (Zendesk, Outreach.io). - Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities. - Experience managing complex workflows and shifting priorities. - Familiarity with digital advertising (Direct IO, Programmatic, or Self‑Serve) is a plus. - Analytical mindset focused on deriving actionable insights from data. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field. - Any certifications in digital marketing, ad operations, or customer success (e.g., Google Ads, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are advantageous.
