**Job Title** Marketing Coordinator **Role Summary** Support execution of national and local marketing initiatives for a hospitality brand, focusing on social media management, content creation, email marketing, and digital campaign execution. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand-consistent, high‑quality communications across all channels. **Expectations** - deliver timely, on-brand content for social platforms, email, and web - manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while meeting deadlines - maintain brand voice, integrity, and engagement metrics - respond to real‑time social and digital activity and influencer outreach - provide performance insights to inform future strategies **Key Responsibilities** 1. Plan, produce, and publish social media content supporting brand campaigns and daily storytelling. 2. Maintain an organized content calendar and coordinate community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and questions. 3. Identify and participate in relevant cultural moments and trending conversations aligned with brand. 4. Support influencer outreach, scheduling, and content coordination. 5. Monitor competitor activity and emerging social media trends. 6. Coordinate content creation: plan shoots, source assets, and collaborate with internal and external partners. 7. Draft, build, test, and deploy email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automated flows). 8. Maintain email lists with CRM team; track performance metrics (open, click‑through, conversion). 9. Execute national and local digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with CRM and web teams to set up tracking and optimization. 10. Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across digital touchpoints. 11. Perform quality checks on digital assets and updates. 12. Track performance across social, email, and website channels; compile monthly campaign recaps and performance summaries. 13. Analyze data to identify trends, generate optimization opportunities, and support decision‑making. **Required Skills** - 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications. - Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). - Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact). - Strong written and visual storytelling ability; resourceful in creating engaging content with limited assets. - Basic web content management skills and familiarity with CMS platforms. - Data‑driven mindset; ability to analyze performance metrics and report insights. - Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Creativity combined with operational efficiency. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Email Marketing certifications (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
