**Job Title**
Sales / Solution Engineer
**Role Summary**
Translate enterprise strategy, foresight, and AI workflows into clear, business‑value statements. Design and deliver industry‑specific demos, provide technical validation, and guide sales cycles by mapping customer pain points to product features. Act as the technical liaison between product, sales, and customer success, ensuring demos, playbooks, and slide decks are aligned with commercial objectives and new product capabilities.
**Expectations**
- 2–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Consulting Sales, or hybrid tech‑consulting roles.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex AI (e.g., scoring engines, NLP, copilots) and communicate value to senior enterprise audiences.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and written communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating enterprise sales cycles, objections, and procurement processes.
- Curiosity to explore product internals and commercial applications in parallel.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver customized demos for multiple industries and use cases.
- Conduct technical validation and deep product discussions during discovery and demo calls.
- Map customer problems to relevant features, workflows, and data structures; build proofs‑of‑concept.
- Explain upcoming roadmap and new capabilities to prospects and customers.
- Address technical questions around integrations, data formats, security, and AI explainability.
- Assist with RFPs, questionnaires, and procurement documentation.
- Bridge sales, product, and customer success; refine sales playbooks and slide decks; provide insights to product development.
**Required Skills**
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a track record of compelling demos.
- Deep understanding of AI, NLP, and data‑driven workflows, and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles, objections, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in mapping business requirements to product features and proving value through POCs.
- Ability to work collaboratively across product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn product internals and commercial intricacies.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Microsoft Azure AI, or equivalent) are advantageous but not mandatory.
